Nominees must specifically demonstrate how the practices, programs, teaching or research conducted by the division, interest group, or committee have made notable impact on advancing diversity and inclusion. The D&ITC Best Practice in Diversity and Inclusion Award is designed to promote AOM's strategic intent of having a diverse and inclusive academy. The award seeks to recognize and celebrate outstanding practices, programs, pedagogy or research that has had a major impact on advancing diversity and inclusion in the Academy of Management.
