    Position: Visiting Scholar - Assistant/Associate/Full Professor (Various
    Business Disciplines)


    Duration: 1 semester or 1 Year Appointment


    Qualifications: Earned doctorate or equivalent with an emphasis in
    Management, International Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management,
    Tourism, Management, Economics/Finance or related field. A background in
    the related business discipline is required. Good presentation skills and
    the potential for research excellence are critical. Previous teaching
    experience and background in experiential pedagogy are desirable.


    Responsibilities:


    1. Teach undergraduate courses in Economics and Finance. Specific
    assignments are flexible. The courses may be a subset of the following
    courses: Investment Analysis, Business Finance II, Financial Policy &
    Strategy, International Money & Banking, Caribbean Development,
    International Economics, Emerging Issues in Finance, Emerging Issues in
    Economics And International Finance.


    2. Teach undergraduate courses in International Business. Specific
    assignments are flexible. The courses may be a subset of the following
    courses: International Business Law, International Marketing, International
    Finance, Cross-cultural Management, International Economics, Emerging
    Issues in International Business and International Money & Banking.


    3. Teach undergraduate courses in Accounting. Specific assignments are
    flexible. The courses may be a subset of the following courses:
    Intermediate Accounting, Taxation, Cost Accounting, Advanced Accounting,
    Financial Audit, Accounting Information Systems, International Accounting,
    Emerging Issues in Accounting and Managerial Accounting.


    4. Teach undergraduate courses in Marketing. Specific assignments are
    flexible. The courses may be a subset of the following courses: marketing
    research, consumer behavior, sales management & channels of distribution,
    promotion advertising & personal selling, product/services management &
    pricing, destination marketing, international marketing and Emerging Issues
    in Marketing.


    5. Teach undergraduate courses in Management. Specific assignments are
    flexible. The courses may be a subset of the following courses: Human
    resource management, conflict & negotiation, organizational communications,
    leadership, cross-cultural management, hospitality services management,
    Operations management, entrepreneurship, organizational behavior, business
    ethics, Emerging Issues in Management And strategic management.


    6. Teach undergraduate courses in Tourism & Hospitality Management.
    Specific assignments are flexible. The courses may be a subset of the
    following courses: Travel & Tourism, Accommodation management, Destination
    Marketing, Event Management, Hospitality Services Management, Food &
    beverage Management I & II, Emerging Issues in Tourism, and Emerging Issues
    in Hospitality Services.





    Salary: Stipend for duration of teaching assignment.


    Closing Date: December 10, 2008 or until filled.


    Effective Date: August 2008
