PDW @ AOM: STEPPING OUT WITH THE INDIAN ACADEMY OF MANAGEMENT

Venue: Philadelphia Marriott Downtown near Reception in lobby area
Using a unique format, this PDW aims to foster collaborations and mutual learning among scholars interested in India-related management research and teaching, thereby expanding the community and reach of members interested in Indian management issues. The PDW will take place as a walking tour in the Philadelphia downtown area. Participants will be organized in small groups where a facilitator will lead discussions on various India-related research/teaching questions and issues along the walking tour. The PDW has nine facilitators to guide the participants in this process. Each participant will be given a handout with the map of walking route. The PDW will end with a drinks/dinner session (at participants' own expense). The duration of the PDW will be 1.5 to 2 hours. Wear comfortable shoes. We will convene at the Reception desk of Philadelphia Marriott Downtown.
