    We are delighted to announce that the Human Relations Impact 
    Factor has increased to 1.701 (up from 1.637) and is now ranked 54th 
    (out of 140 journals) in Management and 10th  (out of 83 journals) 
    in the Social Science Interdisciplinary categories.  
     
    The 5 Year Impact Factor is now 2.595 and the journal is ranked 
    43rd in Management and 6th in Social Sciences Interdisciplinary.
