The mission of the Diversity & Inclusion Theme Committee (DITC) is to provide learning and outreach opportunities that foster a more diverse and inclusive Academy of Management (AOM) community. Specifically, the DITC learns about diversity and inclusion practices and problems within the AOM and provides advice to the AOM Board of Governors and the leadership teams of the Divisions and Interest Groups. The DITC Executive Committee has primary responsibility for fulfillment of the mission. Executive Committee members typically serve for three years and each year a few members depart and are replaced with new members. If you would like to be considered for a position on the Executive Committee, please send a copy of your CV and a statement explaining why you are interested to the DITC Chair, David Kravitz, at dakditc@gmu.edu.
