The Department of Management & Marketing at Western Illinois University in Macomb, IL, USA will be conducting a national search for several positions this year.
A search for a Professor and Department Chair has been approved, and the announcement for this position is attached.
In addition, approval is anticipated to search for four tenure-track faculty members, at the assistant/associate rank, with teaching specialties in the following areas:
Business Law / Business Ethics & Social Responsibility
Human Resources Management
Organizational Behavior / Organization Development & Change
Operations Management
The ability to teach in one or more other management areas such as business strategy, organization theory, organizations and the natural environment, supply chain management, international management and/or general management is also a plus. The standard teaching load within the department is three courses per semester.
