    Dear PhD Colleagues,

I am near the end of a PhD project and would like to invite you to
participate in the last stage of my fieldwork.

I have developed and fieldtested (with over 400 MNC managers) an
original survey to assess Intercultural Effectiveness (ICE). I need to
investigate its concurrent validity by comparing individual responses
with another, established measure- the Cross-Cultural Adaptability
Inventory- that taps into similar abilities.

Therefore, I am inviting you to complete both surveys which take about
10-15 minutes each. In return, I can email you your individual processed
results, 'benchmarked' against the Monash and Melbourne PhD management
cohort as well as MNC managers' mean results, so you will be able to
gain insights into some important aspects of your own intercultural
    effectiveness.

The ICE Survey is online at:

    www.managementmarketing.unimelb.edu.au/nickstone

while the Cross-Cultural Adaptability Inventory is at:

    http://survey.ecom.unimelb.edu.au/TakeSurvey.aspx?SurveyID=m2KK777

If you can only complete one survey, please do the ICE Survey. Some of
the background items may not apply to you so please just leave these
blank. Of course, all the usual ethics provisions apply- complete
confidentiality, voluntariness etc. (Ethics ID: 000011)

If you are asked for a username and password:
This problem seems to happen to about 10% of people for no apparent reason. The quick fix is to use the links written below replacing the word 'dot with 'real dots':

The ICE Survey is online at: www dot managementmarketing dot unimelb dot edu dot au/nickstone

The Cross-Cultural Adaptability Inventory is at: survey dot ecom dot unimelb dot edu dot au/TakeSurvey.aspx?SurveyID=m2KK777

Please let me know if you have any questions, and best wishes for your
    own studies regardless.

    Regards

    Nick
