Dear Colleagues,

Anyone can suggest an on-line tool that does what BlackBoard's Digital Dropbox (or Assignments) do, but can be used by students from multiple universities at the same time?

We are running a project that involves over 1,000 students from 20+ countries and we are looking for a way for all these students to electronically submit their reports to a central location. Email attachments are an option, but we hope there is a better way to do it.

Document sharing and co-editing software, such as Dropbox, are no good when you have 1000+ users. We need something more like BlackBoard's old Digital Dropbox that allows to submit files but once submitted the file cannot be removed or edited by the student.
