The Department of Management (School of Business) at the Luiss Guido Carli
University of Rome (Italy) invites applications for a faculty position
beginning January 2007.
JOB DESCRIPTION AND QUALIFICATIONS
Applications are invited for three-year contracts as Full Time Assistant
Professor in Economics and Business at Luiss Guido Carli University;
contracts are in the following areas: Microeconomics, Macroeconomics,
Finance, Marketing, International Business Strategies, and Public
Management. Contracts will be for three-years and may be renewed for other
three years. The teaching load will consist of a 70 hours- per year (in
English). Moreover one or more research projects will have to be
successfully carried out by the successful candidates. The contracts are
designed to stimulate reserch in the Department, but also offer an
opportunity for well qualified candidate to enter into contact with the
University. The maximum salary is 40.000 euro gross per year. Applicants
will have to be younger than 45, hold a PhD and have good publishing record
