    I am very excited about the conference, speakers and the design. Last year, we had a great conference and hope we will have as good if not better this year. The theme is 'leading and innovating through turbulent times.'

    In case you have not yet decided about attentding the conference yourself and/or sending people here are a few more reasons why you should:

    • It is an interactive conference where significant amount of time is allocated for interaction between speakers and participants. The conference is organized in open air atrium with several round tables a la large scale change format.
