"Boundaryless careers" crossing boundaries?

    Dear colleagues,

    I am working on a paper on "boundaryless careers" and I am trying to find out more about the relevance of the construct outside the US. I have been able to identify only a few papers that discuss boundaryless careers in other countries or boundaryless careers in multinational organizations, beyond expatriate careers. Any help you can provide me with uncovering more work on this issue will be greatly appreciated.
