    Hi everyone!  I am doing a little survey to find out what people ' s favorite International Management/Leadership/Organizational Behavior text book is (for MBA-level classes) .   I ' ve been using Nancy Adler ' s and McShane and VonGlinow ' s   for a while and am curious what other folks are using.

    You might take a look at

    Lewis, R. D. 2006. When cultures collide, 3nd ed. Nicholas Brealey

    Doz, Y., <st1:city><st1:place>Santos</st1:place></st1:city>, J. & Williamson, P. 2001. From global to metanational. Harvard Bu Press

    Holden, N. J. Cross-cultural Management: A Knowledge Management Perspective. FT Prentice Hall
     
    for some different looks at the topic.

    For graduate students I use Dowling & Welch (2005). International Human
    Resource Management: Managing People in a Multinational Context (4th
    Ed.) (note it's a Global Human Resource Management course). For
    undergrads I use Francesco & Gold, International Org Behavior (it's a
    combined International HR/OB course).
