Transnational Journal of Business-Call for Papers & Reviewers

The Transnational Journal of Business is an interdisciplinary business journal.  It is the Scholar-Practitioner Publication of the Accreditation Council of Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP).  The Transnational Journal of Business (TJB) is an annual publication.  During some publication years there may be a special section included in the TJB. If submissions for a special section are sufficient to warrant the publication of a special edition, this will be done.  For the inaugural edition to be released in June 2015 there will be a Special Section: Focus on Africa (SSFA).

A special priority for the inaugural issue of the TJB is the theme for the 2015 Annual Conference, Partnering With Business for Student Success-Integrating The Classroom Into The Board Room.  The 2015 Annual Conference will be June 12-15, 2015 in Philadelphia. A Call for Presentations will be released in September 2014 for the 2015 Annual Conference.  Individuals submitting to TJB are invited to submit a response to the Call for Presentations so their paper contents may be part of a presentation at the Annual Conference.

    Special Section: Focus on Africa

To support global business education, ACBSP may sanction the issuance of a special section in the Journal. The theme of a special section in the June 2015 journal is a Focus on Africa.  The TJB and the Focus on Africa section follows the standards described in this Call for Papers.  Articles to appear in the TJB have a broad consideration relevant to business education. Articles in the Special Section: Focus on Africa (SSFA) are expected to demonstrate, a thematic approach toward business education that is relevant to Africa using the open submission themes or the Special Theme for the inaugural issue as described above.  Our Africa-based Guest Editor, Dr. Vincent Amooti Bagire with regional expertise, is retained by ACBSP, to motivate success of the SSFA.  The TJB and the special sections are double-blind peer reviewed publications.

Please see Transnational Journal of Business for additional details.
