Maneuvering through the largest management global conference can be a daunting task for any first time attendee, and the Membership Committee is here to help with your planning! We've created a First Time Attendee section on the website geared directly to you with Planning & Navigation tips created by alumni members based on their own first meeting experiences to ensure you have smooth sailing! As Membership Committee Chair, I hope you are ready to enjoy and experience all that the Academy has to offer in Atlanta and take advantage of this extraordinary opportunity to bring home a host of new ideas, new knowledge, and new friends. Also, the Academy wants to know about your interest in Specialized Regional Immersion Conferences that your institutions may want to host. If your institution is interested, please let us know by July 15, 2017. You can find more information at Specialized Conference Models. The smaller conferences can provide a more intimate setting for learning, networking, and developing specialized knowledge based on the regional needs.
