Ph.D. studies in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Management, Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Communication Studies or related fields
A demonstrated record of, or high potential of, solid scholarly research commensurate with rank

Profound knowledge of statistics and rigorous research methods
