PhD or ABD or equivalent in an international business relevant field.
ABD candidates must have degree completed by June 15, 2017.
Evidence of potential for high quality research in international business, strategy or related areas
Ability to effectively teach the international business management and capstone strategy courses

Commitment to International Business as a program of study
Commitment to working effectively with Western's increasingly diverse student body
Potential to do joint research with existing international business faculty and other faculty colleagues
Ability to teach specialty international business courses at the advanced undergraduate level
