INTERNATIONAL MANAGEMENT DIVISION DOCTORAL STUDENT CONSORTIUM

The International Management Division will hold a doctoral consortium at the 2007 Annual Meeting of the Academy of Management in Philadelphia. It will be held on Saturday, August 4, 2007 from 8.00am - 5.30pm.
This doctoral consortium is for advanced doctoral students interested in international management research and teaching. The consortium will provide opportunity for structured discussion and informal interaction between doctoral students and faculty panelists on the themes of research, dissertation preparation and publishing, and career development and management. One session will be devoted to thesis development where participants will have an opportunity to present and discuss their research in small groups. There will also be a session where participants get to meet the editors of leading journals in the field of international management.
The doctoral consortium is being organized by Jonathan Doh (Villanova).

Doctoral students must be in the dissertation stage of their PhD program.
Interested students should email Jonathan Doh (jonathan.doh@villanova.edu) with a nomination letter from their faculty advisor, a 1-pg CV and 1-pg description of dissertation. Revised application deadline is April 2, 2007.
