The GLOBE (Global Leadership and Organizational Behavior Effectiveness) award will honor an outstanding recent dissertation-based article/paper, or any other published paper on leadership, societal or organizational culture using the GLOBE database, GLOBE research tools, GLOBE leadership and/or GLOBE culture theory.
