Research on Management in Africa and the Caribbean is an important, emerging topic. Conducting research in Africa and the Caribbean has their own, unique challenges and opportunities for scholarship. The goals of the caucus are to provide Academy members with the opportunity to network and develop research collaborations with others interested in research in Africa, the Caribbean, and the Diaspora. In addition, We are specifically looking for people interested in joining our LEAD research team - Leadership Effectiveness and Motivation in Africa and the Diaspora.
