Graduate</placename> <placetype w:st="on">School</placetype> </place> of Business at Seoul National University (SNU) invites applications for full-time, open rank, and tenure-track positions starting from Fall 2008 or Spring 2009 in the areas of human resources and organizational behavior. We seek international scholars with outstanding research and teaching credentials.
The new positions are being created by authorization of the Ministry of Education and Human Resource Development for the purpose of enabling SNU to attain the goal of becoming one the top institutions of higher education in the world. SNU is therefore committed to recruiting qualified international scholars who can contribute, through their research, teaching, and service, to the diversity and excellence of the academic community.
Requirements
Each candidate must have earned a Ph.D. by August 2008 and will be expected to lecture in English. Excellent competence in oral and written English is essential for each position. Applicants should NOT have Korean citizenship.
Salary
The remuneration will be very competitive, being commensurate to that offered by top business schools.

About Department of Organizational Behavior and Human Resources
Our department has now eight research-active faculty members whose specialties include organizational behavior, human resources, organization theory, and industrial relations. Our faculty members earned Ph.Ds at prominent schools such as Wharton, UCLA, <placetype w:st="on">U.</placetype> of <placename w:st="on">Michigan</placename> , Penn State U., Cornell, <placetype w:st="on">University</placetype> of <placename w:st="on">Pittsburg</placename> , <placetype w:st="on">U.</placetype> of <placename w:st="on">Maryland</placename> , and <place w:st="on"> <placetype w:st="on">U.</placetype> of <placename w:st="on">Wisconsin</placename> </place> .
