Earn your PhD in International Management & Organization (cross-cultural and human resource management are options) on the beautiful west coast of Canada at the University of Victoria!
Our PhD focuses on international management, covering the areas of business sustainability, business strategy, organizational behavior and theory, and cross national and human resource management. Our program will take in only a small cohort of students to offer close mentorship with faculty members. Options included in our program include an "Industry Practicum", where students can elect to spend time within an organization to further their research goals as well as an "International Research Exchange" where students may visit our partner universities abroad to collaborate with researchers there. Teacher training is also an important part of our program. Typically, students will be provided with guaranteed, competitive financial support.
