    Dear IMD-L member:

I have a brief favor to ask of you.  What it means to lead and manage in different cultures is the focus of increasing attention.  We are conducting an international study to examine this issue and your participation, along with that of other experts, is critical to the success of this project.

We invite you to sort 21 behaviors into 21 managerial competencies and provide some basic demographic information.  The task takes about 10 minutes to complete.  Click on the link below if you wish to participate or simply view the task.

You will not be identified individually in any way, your responses will remain confidential, and all results will be reported at the group level.  Your submitting the completed task will indicate your consent to participate.  If you wish to receive a brief report summarizing our main findings, feel free to contact me at robert-tett@utulsa.edu.

If you have any questions about this study, DO NOT REPLY TO IMD-L.  Instead, contact me directly at the above e-mail address.

    Thank you.
