        Tenure Track Position in
                  International Management

    THE <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:placetype w:st="on">UNIVERSITY</st1:placetype> OF <st1:placename w:st="on">LETHBRDIGE</st1:placename></st1:place> is seeking applications for a tenure‑track position in International Management beginning July 2007.  Applicants should possess a relevant doctorate or be in the final stages of completing their dissertation.  Applicants seeking this position must be committed to teaching and research excellence. Our academic year comprises of two thirteen-week semesters.  The teaching load is four courses per academic year for active researchers.  The Faculty provides faculty travel and research support as well as paid study leaves.  

    The Faculty of Management consists of 65 faculty members with diverse research interests and approximately 2500 undergraduate students located in the three campuses of <st1:city w:st="on">Lethbridge</st1:city>, <st1:city w:st="on">Edmonton</st1:city> and <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:city w:st="on">Calgary</st1:city></st1:place>.  The Faculty has a research-based MSc program in Management and strong international exchange programs in place for both students and faculty.  The Faculty maintains close ties to the business community through the Integrated Management Experience, Co-op and Mentorship programs. A new Management building is scheduled to open in 2009.  The Faculty is part of the <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:placetype w:st="on">University</st1:placetype> of <st1:placename w:st="on">Lethbridge</st1:placename></st1:place> which has approximately 8000 students from 37 countries.  In the past, the University has been rated #1 for research activities among institutions of its size in <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:country-region w:st="on">Canada</st1:country-region></st1:place>.
