The Villanova School of Business at Villanova University invites applications for appointment to an assistant or associate level, tenure track position in organizational behavior and human resource management. The position has a starting date of August 2016.
The successful candidate will have a record of excellence or demonstrated potential in research and teaching. Working within the Department of Management and Operations, the individual is expected to teach two courses per semester and maintain an active presence within Villanova University and the broader scholarly community. The position offers a commensurate and competitive salary and benefits package.

ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT: The Department of Management and Operations is an intellectually curious and collegial group that currently includes 15 tenured faculty members and 5 non-tenure track faculty members. Department members attending the Vancouver meetings include Jonathan Doh, Scott Newbert, Pankaj Patel, and Quinetta Roberson. The department publishes in top management and organizational behavior journals, such as the Academy of Management Journal, Academy of Management Review, Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Management, Organization Science, Journal of International Business Studies, and Strategic Management Journal, and department members are active in leadership roles within journals and within the Academy of Management. The department works as a team to further individual research interests and teaching objectives.
