The International Leadership Association is sponsoring a peer-reviewed
volume on LEADING WITH SPIRIT, PRESENCE, AND AUTHENTICITY to be published in
2014 by Jossey-Bass/Wiley. The focus will be on importance of leaders
cultivating wisdom; the book will explore this in a global, cross-cultural way
from different perspectives. We are particularly interested in empirical
studies, using qualitative, quantitative, or mixed method approaches, as
well as novel, creative pieces that may differ from traditional scholarly
