Towson University invites applications for a tenure-track assistant professor position in the Department of Management, College of Business and Economics, for Fall 2007. Position is contingent on final funding approval for FY 2008. Candidates must possess a strong commitment to excellence in teaching, potential for strong research skills in Small/Medium Enterprise Management, Strategic Management or Entrepreneurship and a willingness to pursue external funding. Successful candidates will be expected to teach courses in Strategic Management, Small/Medium Enterprise Management, Entrepreneurship and International Business at the undergraduate and master's levels. Applicants should possess a Ph.D. (or D.B.A) in Management or Business Administration from an AACSB- accredited university. ABDs with expected graduation date no later than May 2007 will be considered.

The College of Business and Economics (CBE) is AACSB-accredited and enrolls over 3000 students. It offers undergraduate degrees in Business Administration and Accounting as well as a joint MBA degree with the University of Baltimore. Towson CBE also offers international programs in Poland, Panama, and Vietnam.
