Dear colleagues,
As the deadline for submitting your full papers for the Annual Conference of the European Academy of Management in Paris in June 2016 is rapidly approaching (January 12, 2016) we would like to draw your attention to the track T 01_06 Economic crisis and austerity: the risk on human and social rights at work that we, Joana Vassilopoulou, Olivia Kyriakidou and Andri Georgiadou are organizing. In this track we welcome paper which explore the impact of crisis and austerity on different dimensions of paid work. We also welcome theoretical/empirical papers, which suggest forms of response and solidarity to the threat of a backlash in employment conditions, diversity gains, human and social rights at work. Finally, we welcome comparative papers as well as single country cases.
There will also be a special issue of the European Management Review (EMR) Journal associated with this track.
