    The Department of Organization & Personnel Management at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University (RSM) invites applications for a faculty position at the Assistant Professor level in the area of Cross-Cultural Management with a starting date of September 2017. 

    Job description / Qualifications

    Successful applicants are expected to demonstrate excellence in research and in teaching at the undergraduate, MSc, MBA, Research Master and/or Ph.D. levels. Candidates for this Assistant Professor position should have a Ph.D. within the area of management (cross-cultural management, OB, HRM) or a related discipline, or expect to complete a Ph.D. in the near future. They should demonstrate the potential for outstanding achievements in research and teaching.

    An Assistant Professor appointment involves a tenure-track position. The compensation package is competitive relative to European salaries and includes several secondary benefits (such as a pension plan that is partially funded by the university). Favorable tax agreements may apply to non-Dutch applicants.

The standards of healthcare and education in the Netherlands are high, while the costs are low relative to Anglo-Saxon countries.
