All ... please excuse the cross postings.

Many of you may be familiar with the Social Science Research Network (SSRN).  SSRN is the largest distributor of working papers and manuscripts in the social sciences.  It has many different areas ranging from economics to law and political science and psychology.  We have just created a new online distribution network called the Sustainability Research and Policy Network (SPRN) that is dedicated to work in a variety of areas related to sustainability and social issues in management.  The complete list of distribution categories (known as e-journals -- but they are not journals but distribution vehicles) is given at http://ssrn.com/srpn/index.html and http://ssrn.com/srpn/index.html.  I would specifically call the following to your attention as they are relevant to many areas of research in management.

    Social Responsibility of Business eJournals
    Consumer Social Responsibility eJournal
    Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) eJournal
    CSR & Management Practice eJournal
Employee Social Responsibility & HR Practices eJournal
Human Rights & the Corporation eJournal
    Investment & Social Responsibility eJournal
Law, International Affairs & CSR eJournal
    NGO & Non-Profit Organizations eJournal
    Social Innovation eJournal
Social Responsibility in Production & Supply Chain Management eJournal
Stakeholder Management & Stakeholder Responsibilities eJournal
    Socially Responsible Investment eJournal

We encourage you to distribute your work via this network as it reaches tens of thousands of academics and policy makers.  Note that if you are unfamiliar with how to get your work on the system just look at the instruction guide given at http://www.ssrn.com/update/general/ssrn_faq.html#include_paper.
