    Vision: The Journal of Business Perspective, ISSN 0972-2629, 2015 This quarterly Sage publication is a scholastic platform for the sharing of ideas, developing the culture of academic & industrial research and beginning trends of debates through publishing articles of varied genre.  

    Innovation covers a wide range of theoretical and management domains and we seek to increases our understandings of how to improve innovation cultures. Reaching a readership comprised of academics and corporate businesses, this special issue invites papers that address innovations with the traditional focus benefiting business as well as with the new focus on social innovations benefiting society.  We seek papers shedding fresh light on innovative organizational cultures, collaborations for innovation, the use of networks in innovation projects, the development and reward of talent, skills, and innovative employee behaviors, balancing risks and benefits of innovation, ethical issues in innovation, innovation for sustainability, design theory and innovation, innovation in practices and processes, manufacturing and services innovations, innovations in consulting, strategic innovations and open innovation.   

    We are seeking both traditional empirical or theoretical research papers and those with a managerial orientation. Papers that identify useful practices and evidence to support the enhanced management of innovation or related policy design are of particular interest. The call seeks to attract papers from scholars and practitioners across the globe that examine innovation from a range of social science disciplines. Some examples are: entrepreneurship, human resource management industrial relations, information systems, organizational behavior, organizational theory, strategy, sustainability, and the sociology of work. In addition, we welcome case studies, research notes and book reviews that address any aspect of the call for review. 

    Timeline and Submission

    Submissions are due by May 15, 2017. The special issue is intended for publication March, 2018. This call is open and competitive, with the submitted papers being double­-blind reviewed by experienced scholars in the field. Submissions must be based on original material not accepted for publication by, or under consideration for publication with, any other journal or publication outlet. All submissions are subject to double-blind peer-review.
