    Submissions should be sent via e-mail to the PROGRAM CHAIR, Bruce Heiman, heiman@sfsu.edu, as an attachment in Microsoft Word for Windows format. Expect two-week turnaround for dual blind review results.

    We welcome proposals for special session topics, panel discussions, papers and/or cases from scholars focusing on challenges and issues involved with the ever increasing interdependency among world economies.  We encourage cross-disciplinary collaboration, research from all disciplines, and papers developed from recent dissertations.  We highlight special plenary sessions oriented towards the environment, sustainability, and globalization.  In addition, there are concurrent sessions dedicated to HEALTH CARE, EDUCATION and TRAINING, and all areas of MANAGEMENT, MARKETING, FINANCE, ACCOUNTING, INFORMATION SYSTEMS, INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS, and/or BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION.

    Refereed paper submissions 

    Competitive papers and cases, as well as proposals for symposia, discussion panels or workshops are invited. Submissions will be double-blind reviewed, acceptance being based on quality and relevance. A select group of submissions will be considered for publication in the Journal of International Business and Economy. Papers presented at the Conference are considered for inclusion in the Conference Proceedings.

    Awards

    Awards will be given to the best competitive papers and the best case studies based upon the recommendation of a committee of reviewers involved in a blind review process. Articles based upon dissertations are encouraged.
