    I am impressed by the approach of Mary Gentile's new book GIVING VOICE TO VALUES (Yale University Press) that is revolutionary in aiming to help people in organizations (particularly the managers that our students are or will become) create conditions to increase ethical behavior in their firms.  You should mull over her site related to the book that is crammed with links to articles and videos that can decorate your course outlines: http://www.marycgentile.com/  There is a whole curriculum here.
