I recently became the editor of the journal Compensation and Benefits Review.
Attached is an invitation to submit articles on international issues.
I recently served as the 'expert' for an OECD report on trends in government compensation. One of my goal is to strengthen the journal's coverage of global practices and issues. The first issue, for example, has an article on pensions in China and a second on new thinking that changes the role of expatriats.
I would welcome ideas for articles from individuals focused on these issues.
