Silvia,
Some of the instruments you are looking for can be here: http://www.vtaras.com/Culture_Survey_Catalogue.pdf
And here: http://www.vtaras.com/Acculturation_Survey_Catalogue.pdf
I am also putting together a catalogue of Cultural Intelligence scales, but I don't have a clean version yet.
Her are a few resources that to my knowledge are publically available options.

Subject: Cross cultural, global minded free scale
Some colleagues and myself are considering a new research related to undergraduate and graduate students´ profile in different countries. We are looking for free scales. Any suggestion on free scales measuring global minded, intercultural, cross cultural skills, cosmopolitanism? Any previous studies related to this that also measures Personality, career preferences ??
We are also considering the possibility on presenting a PDW to get altogether and discuss the new research
Thank you
