Dear Colleagues,

A group of IB faculty and doctoral students at Michigan State University has embarked upon a large-scale meta-analysis project to examine the complex relationships between multinationality and its various consequences. We have already uncovered 400+ studies but are looking for additional empirical or conceptual works that investigate the consequences of multinationality, international diversification, and/or degree of internationalization. We would especially be grateful if you could provide us with your working papers, published and unpublished studies, including those in languages other than English.

Your help would be greatly appreciated and properly acknowledged.

I'm working within a Chinese multinational organization consulting on internationalizing their HR functions (broadly defined). They're currently in 17 countries.

I'll search my archives, but I haven't begun a lit seach yet. Just in the auditing phase. This will be an ongoing project.

If there's anything I can do, please let me know.
