    Faculty Position in Strategy and International Management
     
    The Coles College of Business at Kennesaw State University invites applicants for a full-time, nine month, tenure track faculty position in Business Policy & Strategic Management, rank open, effective Fall 2015.  A strong secondary interest in International Management is desired.
     
    Kennesaw State University, located 25 minutes north of downtown Atlanta, provides a suburban setting and easy access a metropolitan amenities. Georgia's 3rd-largest university with enrollments over 25,000, Kennesaw State is a comprehensive university offering more than 90 undergraduate and graduate degrees, including a growing doctoral program.
     
    The Coles College of Business is recognized for its quality. In its "Best Graduate Schools 2015" issue, U.S. News & World Report listed Coles' part-time MBA among the top 40 programs in the country.  Coles also holds high rankings/reviews from CEO Magazine, Bloomberg BusinessWeek, Chief Executive Magazine, The Princeton Review and Fortune Small Business.
     
    Qualifications:
     
    Candidates must have earned a Ph.D./DBA in Management or a related area (ABD near completion will be considered), or foreign equivalent, or its equivalent in training, ability, and/or experience. In addition, candidates should have demonstrated research capabilities and strong teaching effectiveness.
     
    The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated record of accomplishment in research and teaching or demonstrated potential for excellence in both. Candidates will be expected to engage in quality scholarly activity consistent with AACSB accreditation, demonstrate effective teaching at both the undergraduate and graduate levels and potentially assist with doctoral level students.
