    Dear colleagues,

We are looking for unpublished empirical data on antecedents and outcomes of cross-border knowledge transfers to be included in a meta-analysis. More specifically, we are looking for studies that:

    a)      measure knowledge transfer (i.e., knowledge transfer / sharing / exchange / acquisition) as an independent or dependent variable,

    b)      focus on knowledge transfer via international assignees (expatriates, inpatriates, or repatriates), and

    c)      measure knowledge transfer and its correlates at the individual, team, unit, or subsidiary level.

Should you have collected data that fit the above criteria, we would greatly appreciate if you could share your manuscript with us by October 31st, 2017. Moreover, should you know someone who is working on this topic but may not have subscribed to this listserv,  please forward our message. Of course, any data provided will be used solely for the purposes of the meta-analysis and will be treated with the utmost respect.

    Thank you in advance,

    Daniela Noethen (ESADE, Spain)

Anne Burmeister (University of Bern, Switzerland)

P.S.: If you have made it to the PS, this probably means you are interested in the topic or have even gathered some data on the topic. No time to re-check right now if your data meets the criteria?  Then please just send us a quick message so that we can follow up later.
