    Renmin Business School -- Tenure-track Faculty Position

    The Department of Organization and Human Resources at the School of Business, Renmin University of China (RBS) seeks candidates at the assistant/associate/full professor level in the area of human resource management, organizational behavior or organizational theory.

     

    A reduced course load will be also given to successful candidates in order to facilitate research time. In addition, a generous start-up research grant will also be provided to the individual. Salaries are at international market standards, but will be determined based upon the qualifications of the individual. Accommodation allowances, a settlement allowance and airfare may be provided to the successful candidate. There will be many opportunities for connections to industries and companies in China.

     

    Located in the heart of the vibrant city of Beijing, RBS is one of the premier business schools in China (http://www.rbs.org.cn). The school provides generous funding for cutting-edge management research in the Chinese setting. RBS holds double accreditation from ACCSB and EQUIS. In May 2014, RBS's executive education was ranked 49th in the world by the Financial Times.
