  • 1.  Request for unpublished studies on gender and leadership

    Hi International Management Division members,

I am currently working with Caitlin Smith Sockbeson and Alison Hall to gather primary studies to be included in a meta-analysis on gender and leadership. If you are aware of any unpublished works, dissertations, theses, and/ or conference presentations that include data on the gender of the leader, as well as leader behavior and/or leadership style measures and/ or other outcomes such as leadership effectiveness, LMX, leader or subordinate performance, trust in the leader, affect towards the leader, or any other perceptions of the leader, please let us know. Studies that contain gender information on both leaders and followers (or other raters) would also be welcomed.

We are interested in any kinds and levels of leadership (educational, medical, religious, students, coaches, principals, corporate, etc) and in studies conducted in any country or region of the world. Please email them to spaustia@fiu.edu

If your work meets our inclusion criteria, it will be included or cited in our eventual paper.

    Your assistance is greatly appreciated!

    Sincerely,
