POSITION ANNOUNCEMENT
Post-Doctoral Research Fellow at the Global Mindset Leadership Institute, Thunderbird School of Global Management
The Post Doctoral Assistant will perform the following duties:
- Manage the Global Mindset database.
- Help design research projects related to Global Mindset.
- Help collect Global Mindset adapt from various groups in and outside the U.S.
- Conduct a wide range of statistical and psychometric analyses based on the Global Mindset database.
- Conduct literature review and produce summary reports.
- Help prepare academic and nonacademic publications to disseminate the Global Mindset research findings.
- Help prepare conference presentations for academic and nonacademic audiences.
- Help prepare grant proposals for Global Mindset Research projects.
This is a two-year term appointment.
Education and qualifications:
- Ph.D. degree in International Management/Management/Organizational Behavior/Industrial Psychology
- Advanced expertise in SPSS
- Advanced expertise in statistical methodologies
- Advanced expertise in psychometrics
- Strong writing skills
Salary: $50,000
