    Dear Colleagues:

I have recently been appointed Dean of the University of Nottingham
Business School China which has about 3000 students and is located in
Ningbo, China. We have plans for aggressive growth over the next few
years and thus this year we will be hiring quite a few people including
in the following areas (also see attached adds) and we can make solid
    financial offers:
    - Assistant Professor of International Business
    - Associate Professor of International Business
    - Professor of Organizational Behavior (could be at the Assoc.
    Prof level)
    - Assistant Professor of HRM/Organizational Behavior
    - Assistant Professor of Entrepreneurship
    - Assistant Professor of Strategy
    - Associate Professor of Strategy
    - Teaching Fellow in Quantitative Methods

The jobs have a September 1, 2011 start date and a November 24th
application deadline (except for the teaching fellow position).

Nottingham University School of Business China is a subsidiary of the
University of Nottingham in the UK and is about five years old and
rapidly developing. It is located in Ningbo, China which is a city of
six million people with much to offer which is a two hour drive from
Shanghai and of course has its own airport. For nature lovers, there
are some lakes and small mountains in the area in addition to being near
the coast. Nottingham University Business School is unique in that
while it is based in mainland China, all instruction in degree programs
is in English. There are about 2500 undergraduate students and 500
masters students in the business school and a permanent faculty of about
50 (the faculty is 25% Chinese and 75% from over 20 countries from all
over the world) which we plan on increasing in size substantially. The
new dean plans to place increased focus on research
and executive education. Good research support is provided. For more
information about the school see the attached pictures and:

Please consider joining us in helping to create something really great
and exciting and have a big impact on management education and research
in China and around the world! Things move quickly in China, so now is
the ideal time to consider joining us.

    Yours truly,

    Carl
