We are seeking one or two additional symposium presenters for the upcoming Academy of Management conference. I, Christine Baldy-Ngayo (Department of Human Resources and Management, HEC-Paris) and Jennie Björk (Department of Thecnology Management and Economics, Chalmers University of Technology, SE) are organizing a presenter symposium around the topic of "Enabling conditions for creativity within teams".
We are targeting three AoM divisions as potential sponsors: Organizational Behavior (OB), Human Resources (HR), and Critical Management Studies (CMS). If you are working on research tied to this theme, please email me at
