    I'm pleased to announce the final issue of 2010 has been published for Management Research: The Journal of the Iberoamerican Academy of Management.  To mark the end of the first year of publication by Emerald, we are offering free access to the journal until the end of January.  Visit the homepage at http://www.emeraldinsight.com/mrjiam.htm and log in with the following details:

    Management Research is edited by Professor Rita Campos e Cunha, Faculdade de Economia, Universidade Nova de Lisboa and, as the name suggests, is dedicated to advancing Iberoamerican management studies.  From next year, the journal will publish abstracts in English and Portuguese, and submissions are currently welcomed in English, Spanish or Portuguese (final papers will appear only in English).
