    Dear all,

    I am currently working on a questionnaire to measure single- and double-loop learning in organizations in order to empirically test a generic model of organizational culture (see also 'A Generic Theory of Organizational Cutlure'; freely available at http://ssrn.com/author=1588580).
     
    I mainly found papers that discussed single- and double-loop learning from a more theoretical point of view, but hardly found studies that directly measured/operationalized these two processes. Thus, I am wondering if anyone knows about scales which measure organizational single- and double-loop learning as separate variables.

    Of course, I can compile a file with all suggested references, which I can share with you.
