You are cordially invited to attend the 2010 meeting of the Southern
Management Association at the TradeWinds Island Grand Resort in St. Pete
Beach, Florida, to be held October 27-30. This year's program is outstanding
and includes a variety of high quality presentations and symposia. Beyond
the conference, the location is right on the beach of the Gulf of Mexico and
offers much in the way of dining, entertainment, and scenery.

The program includes 200 papers, cases, workshops, and symposia across eight
tracks, including the second offering of the Paper Development Workshop and
the winner of our "Most Innovative Session" award. Highlights are our annual
business meeting, several receptions, and a Pirate Themed Party on Friday
night.

-PRE-CONFERENCE ACTIVITIES-
The SMA doctoral consortium will be held on Wednesday, October 26, as will a
teaching boot camp sponsored by the Organizational Behavior Teaching
Society. Please refer to the preliminary program for specifics.

SMA will continue its popular placement service. More information on
