We are pleased to report that, in addition to the on-site Placement Center
that we operate at the Southern Management Association (SMA) Annual Meeting,
SMA Placement Services are now available for use throughout the year via our

Applicants can post their CVs and employers can post their job openings via
this website at no charge.
You do not need to attend the SMA Annual Meeting in order to use the SMA
Placement Services website to find a job/candidate the website is designed
to function as a stand-alone resource for all management educators. That
said, if you do plan on attending the SMA annual meeting, you will find that
we have gone to great lengths to integrate the website and the on-site
placement center that we operate at the conference, and that there are many
synergies between the two. For information on the On-Site Placement Center

Please feel free to begin using this service immediately. Job and applicant
postings will be retained automatically for 6 months or until we receive
notification from the person of contact to either extend the time of or
remove the posting. The website was developed with both ease of use and
utility in mind. However, if you encounter any problems or have any
suggestions, please do not hesitate to contact us. We look forward to
