    Dear colleagues,

My name is Arlinda Berisha and I am a Junior Faculty as well as an Administrator at Universum University College in Prishtina, Kosovo. I have won the Junior Faculty Development Program (JFDP) Fellowship of State Department in the field of Business Administration - Entrepreneurship and will be spending the Spring 2013 semester with a US University department.

The Junior Faculty Development Program (JFDP) is a program of Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA) of the U.S. Department of State and is administered by American Councils for International Education: ACTR/ACCELS. It provides university instructors with a semester-long opportunity to expand their knowledge and expertise in their academic field by attending classes and working with faculty members at universities in the United States in the fields of humanities and social sciences. The primary and distinct goal of the JFDP is to provide university instructors with opportunities to engage in curriculum development and explore alternative teaching methodologies, expand their knowledge in their fields of study and gather new teaching materials and resources.

I am looking for an academic sponsor that will be able to host me during the Spring 2013 semester. I would need a working space and access to four classes as an observer a program requirement.

If you have an interest, please contact me and I will send you my CV and the Personal Statement which I have submitted during the application process for JFDP.

I look forward to hearing from you.

    Best wishes,
