    IMD colleagues,

    Even large conglomerates dither when it comes to internationalization from developing countries.

    There is a looming opportunity to organize four two-day sessions during one year to inspire and facilitate a large industrial conglomerate, focused on commodities, to become international.

    If you had to organize these sessions, who would you invite to speak ? Which academics? To speak about what? Which CEOs?
