Job Description: The Department of Marketing/Management at the State University of New York at Oswego invites applications for a tenure track Assistant Professor of International Business and Management position. Description of Responsibilities: Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in the areas of international business, international management, and general management. Applicants should be able to demonstrate competency to teach courses in both the economic and cultural aspects of international business, and must have a commitment to prepare students to live in multicultural and global communities. Responsibilities also include a commitment to research and university service. The Marketing/Management Department is part of the SUNY-Oswego School of Business (AACSB accredited). The School of Business offers undergraduate degrees in accounting, business administration, finance, human resource management, marketing, and management science, and a Master of Business Administration degree. School of Business students also have the option to minor in International Business. The School of Business values excellence in teaching and requires a commitment to research, instructional development and service in a diverse and global environment. The School of Business has instituted the International and Multicultural Committee which is committed to reviewing and recommending policies, curricula, and initiatives that enable students to develop an understanding and appreciation of different cultures.
