we would like to invite you to an exciting PDW at this year's Academy Meeting in Anaheim titled "Interactive Teaching Methods in International Management". This PDW will be held on
Sunday, August 10, 2008
9:00:00 AM - 11:30:00 AM
at the Anaheim Convention Center, 212B
It will highlight several interactive teaching methods which have been used successfully in International Management teaching. Presenters will share their experiences with didactic elements such as role plays, simulations, experiential exercises and many other innovations for international management teaching.
In the PDW, participants will be able to familiarize themselves with the learning objectives of these approaches and how they can be implemented in International Management classes for creating an optimal learning experience. Selected simulations will be tried out with participants. In addition, the PDW is also designed to be a breeding ground for new ideas which are contributed by all participants.
